3rd – Welcome to the start of the new season! Annual General Meeting and a chance for a bit of socialising with some refreshments, plus discussion around new ideas on the back of the results of the members’ survey questionnaire.

24th – “What makes a good photograph” ~ David Smith
A good photograph should usually find favour with a judge.\u00a0 The main objective of the talk is to outline how engaging with club competitions should lead to an improvement in members’ photography.\u00a0 David will\u00a0 go through all the different elements which make up a good image and how in practice a judge might consider these aspects as they critique an image.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There will be lots of examples of images which demonstrate good and not so good examples of what a judge should be looking for in different genres and how to avoid some common mistakes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
